Refund and Cancellation Policy

We have a friendly order cancellation policy whereby you are free to cancel your order by email as long as it is done within 12 hours of placing the order AND the request is made before the product has been actually dispatched by Suppler. Having received your request, we would cancel your order within next 2 – 3 days and refund 100% of your payment to your card or bank account.

Cancellation will not be considered if the item you received from is no longer needed or desired by you or if the incorrect product was ordered by you in first place.

There is no cancellation of orders which are placed under the Same Day Dispatch category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Website offers on special occasions like Holil, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation and Returns

We also have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are transit damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, or does not match with description provided by us on website.

If you find item delivered to you that are transit damaged or broken, you need to send us picture of the damaged product, no later than 12 hrs of delivery, via email at, AND fill the contact us form with relevant purchase details or call us on our customer support number and we would provide you the instructions on how to return the damaged or defective merchandise to us for a suitable replacement.

We would immediately log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution by getting in touch with you to get the product recalled and replaced. The return shipping to our team for the product will be borne by the customer.

However, the replacement request will only be fulfilled after the concerned supplier has checked and ascertained the poor quality, defect, or damage in the returned product. Please also note that replacements of the product is subject to availability of the same product with us.

In case we are not able to replace the item with a new one we will provide you the refunded amount via cheque or demand draft with in 15 days of receiving the returned item from you.

Terms and Conditions of returns

RMantra believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Return complains must initiate within 12 hrs of delivery.
  • Damaged item must be returned with original packing intact and in same condition as delivered by company.
  • If the item returned is found being tempered with or shows some wear or tear, or appeared being used (even partially) or damaged in any manner we felt was not likely, we reserve right to refuse the return.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not the one you ordered on our Website, you must bring it to the notice of our contact no. within 12 hours of receiving the product. The Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. Such products should not be unpacked, used, or activated in any manner.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier and retain your receipt for your records.

  • RMantra shall not be liable for return or replacement of items:
  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Which has already been used even partially
  • Returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product delivered

RMantra reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, under situation where RMantra is not able to meet the requirement of the placed order or realizes that placed orders in some manner does not comply with the RMantra’s policy. RMantra will ensure that any communication of order cancellation is intimated to concerned customer within appropriate time and any applicable refund, is made in reasonable time in accordance to RMantra’s Cancellation and Refund policy.
